As Maryland Nonprofits celebrates our 30 years of service, you have a unique opportunity to show your support for our mission! On the evening of July 28, 2022, we will host a joy-filled anniversary celebration outdoors at the B&O Railroad Museum, and we hope you will join us as an event sponsor!
This celebration is the keystone event within our anniversary year campaign ‘This is the moment to care’, which will feature virtual trainings and convenings from March 2022 to September 2022 as we work to shift the nonprofit sector workplace culture.
Your contribution will support this unprecedented collective action to build organizations that encourage us to care for ourselves, our colleagues, and our communities. Thanks to your sponsorship, we will be able to develop new approaches and tools to help organizations to end burnout and to promote a strong, vibrant, and caring sector.

DATE/LOCATION: Maryland Nonprofits 30th Anniversary 'This is the moment to CELEBRATE' Sponsorship Opportunities are for Thursday, July 28, 2022. PAYMENT: Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment in full is due 30 days from submission of a completed sponsor registration form unless additional terms are negotiated with Maryland Nonprofits. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.RECEIPT OF BENEFITS: All information requested of the Sponsor by Maryland Nonprofits to fulfill benefits must be received by June 17, 2022. Sponsors will receive instructions for submitting this information upon receipt of the sponsorship form and payment. Information submitted to Maryland Nonprofits will be considered complete and final. Maryland Nonprofits is not responsible for typographical, grammatical, or other errors in the information submitted by the Sponsor.
DEDUCTIBILITY FOR SPONSORING GIFTS: Maryland Nonprofits is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization -- donations to which are fully deductible allowable by law on all solicitations.
The estimated fair market value of the goods or services provided in return for each sponsorship will be based on the number of conference registrations provided with the sponsorship valued at approximately $70 per registration. Each sponsor will receive a sponsorship acknowledgment letter that fully outlines fair market value information required for tax purposes.
FORCE MAJEURE: Maryland Nonprofits shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay due to occurrence of any circumstances beyond the control of Maryland Nonprofits—such as acts of God, epidemics or pandemics, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities— to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to provide or use the venue’s facilities.
