Maryland Nonprofits 2021 Virtual Annual Conference Sponsorship Opportunities 

OCTOBER 20-21, 2021    9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

This year’s theme, Getting Ready for Growth, will showcase federal and state grant opportunities in partnership with the Governor’s Grants Office, as well as private grantmakers in partnership with Maryland Philanthropy Network. Workshops will help equip nonprofit leaders with the knowledge they need to ensure they are grant ready, and tools and strategies to find and take advantage of new opportunities.

This year’s conference is offered in collaboration with Maryland Association of Resources for Youth, Maryland Latinos Unidos, the Governor’s Grants Office, and Maryland Philanthropy Network.  These partnerships will help make this event a “one-stop” for expanding your network.

Terms & Agreements

I understand and agree to the following:

DATE/LOCATION: Virtual Annual Conference Exhibit Hall and Sponsorship Opportunities are for October 14 & 15, 2020.  

PAYMENT: Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment in full is due 30 days from submission of a completed Exhibitor/Sponsor Registration form unless additional terms are negotiated with Maryland Nonprofits. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

EXHIBITING INFORMATION:  Each virtual exhibitor will be provided with a personal link, which allows for set up of their own exhibitor hall page, giveaways/coupons, etc.  

RECEIPT OF BENEFITS: All information requested of the Sponsor by Maryland Nonprofits to fulfill benefits must be received by September 14, 2021. Sponsors will receive instructions for submitting this information upon receipt of the sponsorship form and payment. Information submitted to Maryland Nonprofits will be considered complete and final. Maryland Nonprofits is not responsible for typographical, grammatical, or other errors in the information submitted by the Exhibitor/Sponsor.

DEDUCTIBILITY FOR SPONSORING GIFTS:  Maryland Nonprofits is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization -- donations to which are fully deductible allowable by law on all solicitations.

The estimated fair market value of the goods or services provided in return for each sponsorship will be based upon the number of conference registrations provided with the sponsorship valued at approximately $79.00 per registration. Each sponsor with receive a sponsorship acknowledgement letter which fully outlines fair market value information required for tax purposes.

FORCE MAJEURE: Maryland Nonprofits shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delay due to occurrence of any circumstances beyond the control of Maryland Nonprofits—such as acts of God, epidemics or pandemics, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities— to the extent that such circumstances make it illegal or impossible to provide or use the venue’s facilities.
