Apply fundraising assessment methodologies to evaluate:

  • Communication effectiveness
  • Donor stewardship planning

Data Integrity & Management

  • Perform data health audits
  • Strengthen donor trust and stewardship through data security and maintenance protocols.
  • Implement policies and procedures for ongoing data quality

This hands-on course provides practical assessment tools that allow participants to immediately apply concepts to their organizations. Attendees will leave with ready-to-use templates and concrete action plans they can implement to strengthen their fundraising infrastructure and position their organizations for sustainable growth.
