Limitation of Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless Maryland Nonprofits from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or relating to your participation in this event.

Photographs/Video/Audio Recordings/Screenshots: Participants are reminded that material presented at Maryland Nonprofits conferences is the intellectual property of the presenter or Maryland Nonprofits. As a result, participants are prohibited from recording or live-streaming presentations in their entirety with the intent to distribute to others. The use of personal smartphones, cameras, or video devices should be limited to recording snapshots or snippets for personal use, such as taking snapshots throughout the conference venue to support Maryland Nonprofits' efforts to convey the excitement of the event through posting on social media.

By registering for the Maryland Nonprofits Conference you give your permission to be recorded or photographed during the virtual and in-person event (ex: a photograph or Zoom screenshot).

Health: Maryland Nonprofits is committed to ensuring the health and well-being of individuals attending association events, including community members, volunteers, staff, and others. If you feel sick or recently tested positive for a communicable illness (including COVID-19), we ask that you do not attend Maryland Nonprofits’ face-to-face events.

Use of Your Information: To find out how we may use your information please read our Privacy Statement (www.marylandnonprofits.org/privacy-policy). By submitting this registration form you agree to the terms and conditions. Your information may be received by conference exhibitors and sponsors as well as our affiliates and partners who we may share it with. They may contact you with information about the services they offer.

When an attendee interacts with sponsored content or virtual exhibitor booths, the attendee consents to Maryland Nonprofits sharing their name, title, company, phone number, and email address with the specific sponsor(s) with whom they interact. This data sharing provides sponsors the ability to follow up after the event. If an attendee does not wish to have their information shared with sponsors, they must refrain from interacting with sponsored content and/or virtual booths in the conference app. All sponsored content and virtual booths will be clearly advertised as such.

Recording: All virtual sessions will be recorded. By participating in a Maryland Nonprofits conference, you grant Maryland Nonprofits or anyone authorized by Maryland Nonprofits, the right to use or publish in print or electronic medium any photograph, video, or screenshot containing your image or likeness for educational, news, or promotional purposes without compensation.

Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend the Conference after registering, you may transfer your registration to another individual by notifying us at [email protected]. The change will be processed on-site on the day of the Annual Conference. If Maryland Nonprofits cancels the event, the registrant will be issued a credit voucher, good for one year, that may be applied toward a future program of the same format. Credit vouchers may be transferred to another individual within the organization subject to the terms herein.
